Quality (QMS)

In accordance with ISO 9001, a Quality Management System (QMS) is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution (production/development/service) in the core business area of an organisation.

A QMS seeks to:

  • Recognise your company in line with customer requirements and international/national guidelines.
  • Ensure that your company have met all the requirements set by clients.
  • Confirm that your employees receive applicable training in your QMS.
  • Determine your processes, what are their inputs and what are the expected outputs.
  • Produce records or evidence that systems requirements have been met for the external audit process.
  • Plan changes to the QMS and take actions to address risks and opportunities to your company as a result of changes.

A robust QMS allows companies to obtain the ISO 9001 accreditation, requested by most of the public and private clients nowadays. It also allows companies to identify areas where improvements can be achieved and provide a systematic way of working reducing time and cost within your business.
